In the City View on the Bottom there is a house icon and  icon with many boxes.  Click on the boxes.  Then click on the about game and you will see the ID

I want to report an issue and it is asking for the game ID (Digits) and I have no idea where it is hidden

my purchased items were not credited to your game account  and they askin for

 game ID or coordinates

At the bottom of the screen when you are in game is a "bar" ... go to the far right where it says "Menu" hit on it and then hit on “About the game” there you will see User ID and that is the game ID that they are wanting when you go to contact support.
