I've been trying to buy power beget package and can't finish the purchase.. "something went wrong with transaction" and when try to do a ticket its saying need ID when putting id say needs to be numbers only?? were is this located?

hey! I had such problem once. You shall write to the support, write game ID and add receipts of payment. They must to help u
