click the town then on the image of the player there is a "i" letter for information. click that. you should see a window pop-up with the stats of the player. there should be 3 tabs- player, hero and mail. click mail. or you can just search for the clan on the clan search. the one on the bottom menu that is a red and blue flag. good luck!
