Runes need 1000 fragments then follow the same fusing rate as gems and materials.
Given the low % of advantage they give, does anyone use runes in their equipment?

You'd like lvl 6 ghost knowledge before you start beating ghosts, that's what i'd like to think anyway like with invaders. Its more efficient allround and it will still take a whole lot of time.
The rate is 4 hours of ghost hunting to craft 1 legendary rune, 1 hour every epic rune that is. From lvl 6 ghosts. The runes you get from lvl 6 ghosts is varying alot, but you can get up to 139k runes for a single hit.
