IF that is the case probably they shouldn't allow these to be applied from the inventory menu (there are other items that cannot be applied from there).  Using common sense though why would you refresh the list when you haven't done the ones you brought up???

I purchased a pack with lots of task refresher and used most of them.. When I got down to 29 clan refreshers I stopped using them to save for a battle. When I went to use them which so happened to be right after my game had crashed they were all gone.
