can you post a screenshot of the attack and ask somebody of you clan to take a screenshot of a "guard pay off" on your city...all before your shield expire...
Perhaps it was simply a resource tile that got hit. Loss of troops and influence but no resources reported.

could you please clarify where your troops were when the enemy attacked you? Note that the Peace Treaty item protects only the troops that are inside the Town. If your troops were outside, this item wouldn't work for them. We wish you glorious victories!
