Yes guys, after the game crashing ( i think 12 hours) i lost all of my troopers, need 12m gold for resurrection, and lost all of my resources.

What is it, i ask it on facebook page and they banned me, and i can not understand other olayers connecting with facebook and with android app but we can not connecting with normale browser




 i ask to support and no answer to me

Yes do you have a solution for this problem.

I am not facebookplayer, i buy with united states money unit ( you know it usd dollar) features for my account

I want answers aswell from Plarium, how are they planning to remediate the losses that we incurred on THEIR behalf?

For me lost 39 M troops and need 596 M of gold to resuct them, send screes shots to plarium and wait for answers!

They arent going to do anything to compensate you let alone fix the issue.  I reported WebGL errors and they blame my internet connection.  When I should them proof that contradicts their claim, they tell me the servers have no issue and are running smoothly.  


They're only interested in our money and not really addressing any of the flaws of their game.  This is why every day at reset people from across the globe suddenly have issues connecting to the game because of all the backend processing they're not keeping up with.  


Your only fix for browser that I know will assist at all is to run your browser in privacy mode.  This limits the memory space, cache, etc thats used by the browser.
