So when do you get the treasure? All I get is the chest. So does that mean the chest is empty or do I need to collect a certain amount?

Click apply to the chest which allows you to view reward. Then apply treasures as needed/desired

i got some charms for wendla of shadows but it seems i still have to buy in gold pack to activate her as she is still showing as locked,

that aside its the first time i managed to be on when bunnies are around and i got loads of boosts and 8 hour shields so well worth keeping an eye out for them, hope they stick around for a while,

if she show locked, it mean that you need more charm... no need to buy package if you kill more rabbit...

I *think that once you collect ten shaman specific charms, you unlock that shaman.

Make sure you received 10, as they reward them in groups of 3 in each chest. 

To me it seems that they are doing a better/faster job loading the Bjara than they did the snowikings.  Earlier day a 400 kingdom had them before a 200 kingdom, they seem to be loaded in all the kingdoms within the 1st hour of the count down which is a vast improvement.
