I think you are asking a lot.

First ,do you mean when the hero level was raised to 60, or when raised again to 70? 

I could be wrong, but most players are not going to know the order of every update that's happened,in any event, assuming they remembered, the strategy they employed  may no longer be optimal.

No one knows how far you got,before  you stopped playing, you didnt say,it may  just be quicker to check the forum, or get yourself in a sympathetic clan,especially as there is so little posting going on here compared to what it once was.

You need to jump back in and join a clan. Learn all over again. Sorrry, no short cuts.
