There  are probably far more that are not english  speaking  in  many  kingdoms but there,are quite a few english speaking clans as well. finding one that suits you is going to be the problem.

Also you will not be able to move with your time limited novice jump if you have already gone past palace 5.

If you have, then you have two options, fast track to palace 21 and move your town with drakkars ,or start again, shop around and then move.
