Hello ROLANDA17,
we understand your feelings, but in the game it is not possible to replace the Clan Chief without their participation. According to the rules of the game, only the Chief can transfer their powers to another member of the Clan. Please don't forget that you can leave the Clan and create your own one, inviting your friends to join.
Have a good play!

So in response to ROLANDA17 about their clan leader inactive...Ours is also inactive and has not logged in to talk with him. I understand he is the one that can only appoint someone to be the new clan leader? Is this acurate? So our only option is to just leave to create another clan or join another one, after all the work, time, levelling up clan, and money we invested?!!?
This is totally absurd to leave a current clan and start a new one from scratch just because a clan chief becomes inactive and is never coming back. Putting the rest of the clan members on the losing side when all the benefits goes to the chief for winning events doesn't seem right in the long run.
I'm sorry but the administrators "DID NOT" think this through. There's no such thing as game rules that cannot be changed for the good of the company. By not adhering to the voice of the customers through a mutual understanding will only cause company revenue to go down. Its more than just the game players who are losing its the company when they (the players) start quitting and playing elsewhere.
Okay Plarium Support Team your response of "We understand your feelings" doesn't fly here, it is downright selfish on your part. Start over basically by your standard is downright selfish. Leave the clan after the time, money, and effort by your standard is downright selfish.
When the simplest solution to all of this is so trivial. How many chiefs are currently in the books across all the realms that are missing and inactive? How many clans have given up, dried up, or quit and abandoned the game because of a simple change of command that you refuse to make.
A happy clan is a thriving clan, period!
We're having the same problem. Previously discussed with Chief and he seemed open to participation in the change, but now has gone silent for over a month. No peace shield, inactive VIP etc. We worked hard to build the stronghold. It should be by vote of the eldars if a chief is gone for more an unreasonable amount of time.
