I have a town which is still low level and I can't spend any money in the game. So I need a clan that can help me develop by sending me resources from time to time as I can't maintain my peace shield and get attacked a fair amount.

It would also help if you could point me to a spot where there are no active towns and a bunch of resources to salvage.
