You havent answered the questions I asked ,about this issue in the other section where you posted.

Are you in a clan of one?  If not ask your chief about the store, otherwise look at the first page of clickable icons at the bottom of the screen (town view), the clan icon is to the right of the Global View icon.

Clicking this will  give you access to all clan information.The store is the last link.
