Yep, dude. I'm sure a lot of guys including me have had such shi** mistake. One time I even forgot to buy it at all. It was so terrible when I came in the game it the next morning. I know another one danger mistake when you are activating a few shields, you can just count time not right... omg =D

I had a clan member post a SS of his shield having 1 day 59 min  remaining  (so he isn't JUST pop a 1 Day shield) , and had just been zeroed.

We did have those Problems too. First of all it costs money to buy shield because you never have enough and then they do not work out. When you put on an 1w Shield on an 1d shield the day is lost. and if you put oan a 1d shield aon a 8h shield, you do loose it too. Can t bee! 

We do support others who haver no shield ans share them, if it drops before time 2 or more players are cheated. Now some of them want to leave the game, please help quiickly or the whole klan will die out.

 No my town was attacked at 10:00 on 5/24/2017 the date and time are on the screenshots Either plarium can own up and fix this or I can always find somewhere else to play a game and spend money. I also see you are missing the 24 hour shield that I know I activated. I had to purchase it to activate it. This was after the participation in the onslaught. I had checked me peace shield timer and it had little over 6 hours on it so I added an 8 hour and 24 hour shield.

 So if the shield did not expire till after 14:00 hours then explain how my town was attacked just right after 10:00 hours. I would advise you look at those screenshots. Date and time is clearly displayed. If you are saying that you are not properly delivering the services for a game that I paid for then I can always get my money returned

.And yes I provided screenshots showing a different time than what they are quoting as the time the attacks occurred.

Well they say time is UTC:0, and your forum timezone shows UTC:+5, so according to their mail(when you match the timezone), your town gets attacked on 09:06 - 09:09. You are saying that you get attacked around 10:00, there isn't that much discrepancy. Is it possible that you really forget to add Peace Treaty? Just playing the devil's advocate here.

Hi Guys

Me and a few of our members got attacked , even we had shield . I am DerFinne the chief of TheMusketeers in kingdom 725 Langdverg . This happen during a kvk , easy win for the others . What is wondering me , is this happen just to players who spent real money into the game? Is the payment system not secured ? At least in our clan it happen just to members who spent there hard working money for a little fun , away from the trouble in real life and now we all have even more stress then in Real Life .

I have only been in the game two weeks.  I understood the shield concept.  I am on my fourth shield, the last two being 7 day shields.  I have never attacked anyone.  The first night I was attacked I had 2 "days" remaining on shield.  I quickly shielded.  Sometime yesterday, with three or four days remaining on my shield, I was attacked.  I've lost most of my city. 

In both cases when my shield went down prematurely, I was busy so I did not get in the game for a long time.  Most days, I am in the game every few hours just to keep things moving such as knowledge, training or building.

I am not nor have I been a clan member so it isn't a clan issue.

The development team "prove us wrong" mentality on a foundational component such as shield has crumbled many a game.  I won't be playing until 7 days from now to see if my shield has remained active.

This needs to be corrected!

Well. i also have a story about shields and shieldbugs...

Goes like this:

It was during a KvK my town was in the middle of the forest...

Last thing i did before i logged out was scouting a town, nothing there so i put on 2x 24h shields as allways.

The next day i had to go to my fathers house and help him building his new video editor PC so when i woke up i logged in to the game

checked the shield, there was 1d 6 hours left on shield so all was good, i logged out, did the trip to my farther and when i came home

6½ hours later and logged in to the game, i was zeroed.....

60m troops GONE, 8b silver GONE, about 13b of each other rss GONE and im pretty sure that my good mood was also GONE

all that was left was the smoke out of my ears!...

it was like the last 24h shield was'nt on even that it did say 1d and 6h when i checked it 6½ hours earlier....

i went to the support about it and all they said to me was that i had scouted a town, then i added 1 !!!! 24h shield...

So my guess is that sometimes as we all know, there is some "lag" in the game, and when you press that shield button in that same moment

the lag is there, it might show you that you added the shield, but it might not have been registered on the server cause of the lag,

so in my case, it only registered the first shield and not the seccond even that it showed me that there was 2d of shield applied...

so i allways! apply 2x 24h + an 8h when i log out of the game.... and set the timer in my head for only 34h of shield if one of them should have failed to register...

ONLY

indicated the new applied time counting down; the previous timer remant poofs.

There is NO adding together in shield times, at least not for seven day shields one has to buy and apply instantly, no stashing back up 7 day shields in inventory, only buy and apply option.

I constantly stack shields ... Thing is if you have less than 24 hours left and add a 3 day shield it is going to show as 3 days ... if you have 15 minutes left and apply an 8 hour shield it will show 8 hours ...
