So this was looked at 9 times but no one bothered to respond.

Maybe no one cared or it didn't bother them or they and  evey other player fully understood what it meant, good for them, I certainly didn't.

Unless what appears to be a display error is repeated in future competitions, the official response that I was hoping for, is somewhat moot now. 

I still do not know exactly what the text means, it doesnt follow the usual format, and there does seem to be duplication of information. 

Nothing in the top section indicates where the points could be won, and hanging in the middle is  'In the home kingdom' suggesting everything below is only to be gained there, so whats the top half for? Why unusualy only the home kingdom? What's the top half for?
