another question not sure where to look..I am losing my email account in a short time.  is there any way I can switch player/my town to a different email?

Look like I found some mates here, my load also stucks at 18%. Did you guys get your problem solved?

Players have started multiple threads on what  basically appears to be the same problem, of not being able to access the new game.

If you had announced beforehand what was necessary to do, or even wrote  here on the forum now  what is needed, instead of directing players to the support system it might help matters.

Especially if it is the same problem and all it needs is to replace the old game with the new version by clearing the cache.

unable ti update game in Plarium player, still UPDATING is displayed and no progress over one hour.

Player uninstalled and installed again, computewr restarted no change still unable to play.

 I  am currently playing  but  will now seriously have to consider continuing , with all the increased requirements  and restrictions it seems  utterly pointless as I will  just fall further and further behind and faster.

 I am using the browser version now, so that works, and have no knowledge of the app status.

Thats probably more tech related
