Players have started multiple threads on what basically appears to be the same problem, of not being able to access the new game.
If you had announced beforehand what was necessary to do, or even wrote here on the forum now what is needed, instead of directing players to the support system it might help matters.
Especially if it is the same problem and all it needs is to replace the old game with the new version by clearing the cache.
I am currently playing but will now seriously have to consider continuing , with all the increased requirements and restrictions it seems utterly pointless as I will just fall further and further behind and faster.
I am using the browser version now, so that works, and have no knowledge of the app status.
Thats probably more tech related
