My desktop computer crashed and I bought a good gaming computer. Everything else is fast, but Vikings War of Clans is super slow.  What's wrong and how can I fix it? 

My internet connection is great.  6gb out of 32gb memory free.  I have a terabyte SSD.  6 core processor and almost nothing is running.  But the game is almost unplayable.  I click and it takes 3 - 5 seconds for a response.  My old desktop never did this.
