LOADING BANNED TOWNS ON MOBILE ISSUE

Hello there


i want to bring at your attention a loading issue after the automated banning system in action.


Mainly i suppose and we all know that the banned towns are for the most alt towns of players which have a main town.


There is though an issue if accidentally ( not knowing the town has been banned ) someone tryes to log into the town from mobile phone: it will be impossible to use mobile phone to play with any town !!!

If you log in a banned town you will get a message saying userbanned and two button options :

- contact plarium assistance: this one works but u cannot see the feedbacks

- restart game ( useless button because it makes the banned town be reloaded n brings you again at the message )

Any trial to load from other account, any trial of uninstalling and installing ... always get back to that message and it is impossible to load your main towns ( if u have any ).


So please consider the solution to remove the restart button and put at his place the Restore button ... this would allow players to get out of the loop and load their main towns ( and continue to play on mobile ).


If this is not a possible way to be followed please make it clear so that people can start to uninstall the game
