The Gifts of the Gods exist for 5 days from the moment they appear or until the location runs out of resources. After victory in a global Competition the limited amount of locations will appear on the Global Map. Please note that the locations will appear on the Global Map until the maximum number is reached.

ok but there  is nothing since the start of cvc. i have been scanning the global map for 8h.

yet they won fury in Kd 534

yes but that is not the case. It's been over 8 hours that I scan every hour and no lvl 9 in the kingdom. 

during 20h nobody can not harverst because 0 tiles lvl9

If  the kingdom used up the allowed number of L 9 tiles in the first 24 hours of them being there,or in the days before CvC started, then you can look every day for the rest of the time left,and you wont find any,they are not like the L 7 tiles which re-spawn (unless that changed),until their time is up.

Which is what Ivar  told you and Tea Pot said. 

Some clans are super efficient and having gone to the trouble of getting the fast tiles, don't want any one else  taking advantage of them. 

Makes it harder , for visitors like yourself to win their CvCs
