I just started today  and  haven't done anything but the tutorial and do not have a novice relocation.  I have not moved/relocated , been playing less than a day, my level is 1 and my id is 58347934

Its possible it now operates under a different system,and is no longer displayed like it used to be.

You could test it to see if its there, but unseen, by trying to move to a new kingdom.

Novice's Relocation item has been removed from the game and it is no longer granted to new players. In order to move your Town to another Kingdom, you need to develop your Town to level 21 and move using the Drakkar items. This item can be found in Bank offers, you can get it for reaching checkpoints in some Competitions and for completing some monthly Quests if you have a Northeren Brotherhood subscription.

To relocate your Town, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Kingdoms map.
2. Choose the Kingdom and tap "Go to". Please pay attention to the relocation icon beside the Kingdom name.
3. Select a free tile on the Global map.

In the pop-up window you will see the number of required Drakkars to move to this Kingdom. To get extra information about Drakkars tap its icon.

Additionally, you can find the requirements to move to this Kingdom in this window. Tap them to get more information. If all requirements are met and you have the right amount of Drakkars then you can move to this Kingdom.

I know how the Drakkars come, they come with real money :) Not sure why Plarium decided to remove the novice relocation, may be because of the money, but ok, it is your employer choice.

Some kingdoms, they dont like getting new visitors or being challenged on their turf. A kingdom allows a certain amount of towns. These people have no problems in making a few thousand alts to claim a kingdom completely and let no one enter. 

Some issues for new players wanting to join friends, but getting to level 21 wont take forever and its sort of required to pay atleast some, depending on what level you want to perform at.

The removal of the novice item is seriously unfortunate, as indicated you might miss out on joining your friends, and while you are trying to get to 21, you are missing out on the benefit they could give.

Also the blocking of kingdoms to new entrants exist, so you could find out you couldnt join friends after all.

Ive seen many a ' Dont jump to Our kingdom, without an invite'  which prompts me to ask a question avoided thus far.

Since those who want to play the game wants to join their friends and now they cannot, that means Plarium Vikings is dead, is that right?

Could be, but not because of the removal of the novice relocation item. 

If you really all want to play in the same kingdom, it is still possible, but not as easy as it was before.

drakkars are available in the game otherwise than by purchase for money.  The reward for the fourth (epic) monthly quest includes two and one sometimes appears as part of the reward for reaching one of the late checkpoint in an event.  I currently have 18 acquired like that.

Rather than having to buy them when available, I appreciate it's possible, technically, to 'win' drakkars now, but not everyone might, and that is only part of the situation as regards moving kingdoms.

Before, it was possible join the game ,and once the tutorial was over,move immediately.

Now you have to have enough drakkars for the move, the issue of how many it takes has been raised previously.

On starting playing,it could take a while to complete the 4th level of the monthly quests, assuming the player has enough capability, assets, and experience to do this. 

There is also the not so small matter of all the other rules regarding moving to a new kingdom,  like is it open, and is there space?

As to getting to palace 21, I believe it is possible to get to this level fairly quickly now.

I was going to start a new account just to see for myself, but presently have no incentive to do so.

So I stand by what I wrote before,it's no longer straight foward  joining friends who have already started the game.

 Especially if the friends are not so established,the simpler and quicker path could be for all  to start new accounts together.

If new players have the same/similar deals, and having checked that drakkars are available at palace 5,on realising reaching epic level is simpler than gold, I took out the reference about needing a month to complete.  

2nd Edit

On reinvestigation,I believe that though some of the Quests elements might be easy,many are not.

You have to consider things you might have forgotten about, how tied Palace >6 is, one limited sized march, few free tasks,no auto complete, e.t.c.

Growing in experience or palace level doesnt help, as the requirements increase too.
