problem is you can lose all you have collected and you shild will fall so others can get at you

same thing is happening to me. Im just happy i have a extended peace shield.

As Krow mentioned above, this issue can SOMETIMES be resolved by clearing the cache but here is something more to think about:

Why is it up to the players to constantly be cleaning up Plarium's garbage?  Plarium code is not properly managing the cache such that is cleans up after itself.  Much like a petulant child, Plarium refuses to do the work to clean up after itself and pushes it to other people to do.

Well, Plarium... it is long past time to strap on your big boy pants and start cleaning up your own garbage.  Stop sloppy coding.  Stop doing upgrades until you clean up your room as it is.  Each time you do an upgrade/enhancement (i.e. just another microtransaction grab anyway...) you just keep building on the garbage-generating code.  Hit the problem at its core.  Fix your house first.  Clean up memory allocation issues, cache management, cookie management with more normal expiry times, and just get to some sort of good housekeeping routines that pretty much every other software house adheres to.  Maybe, just maybe, people might start to have a little faith in you.  Until then... your game is just a joke that looks like it is written and maintained by elementary school "coders" using a drag and drop code-block system.  Get some experienced programmers in there that know how to code efficiently, know how to manage memory, have ethical standards for cookies along with proper cookie management.  Experience counts.  Just tossing in a bunch of rookie hot-shots straight out of school (because they are cheap to hire) does not work.  Pay for the skills that veterans bring to the table....
