I have participated in the event "Melt the lump of ice and save the holiday"" over 10 days ago and was selected amongst the winners (woodingthomas). I have never received any gifts :(

However i realized I gave away the wrong Id (the forum profile Id and not the player ID). I have trying to get a hold of someone without any success.

Is it possible to claim awards?
