Hi ! Anyone know how to change  pictures in game ? I want to have my fb pic but i can`t change... Anyone know please how to do it ?

Are you playing the FB version of game?

You can change avatar of facebook if you sync with facebook. It possible if you use mobile and facebook version of game. It's not possible with plarium.com version.

Recently you can upload images in the PC version.


Why are they only displayed as quastion marks?

In the pc version, It doesn't work for me either; the avatar I uploaded appears on the top right of the game screen,

but not in the list of avatars available in the profile, only one  new red question mark!

aah, problem fixed on my pc:

I now have the image that I loaded as an avatar 

instead of the red question mark in my profile.

oups,

Hi,

downloading avatar works well for each pc user;

but the new downloaded avatar can only be seen by other users on smartphones.

Users on pc will see only one red question mark.

Mods, when is this issue going to be addressed? I linked both the facebook and google accounts, and still my custom avatar appears as the red question mark in game.......

Is this problem already solved? I'm having the same issue. I only can see the red question mark instead of my profile pic. Is there any specific format or size for the picture to be uploaded? Thanks.

The problem is not the game but the fact that you don't have a profile picture on your Plarium account. Change the picture there, then restart the game and that will appear instead of the red question mark image.

Could you, please, try to clear your cache and then change your avatar and wait a bit? 

If the situation doesn't change after performing this step, please let us know.
