Go to your profile here in the forum. Click on your picture. Choose upload. Insert image of choice. Save. Go back to game. Profile. It should be changed already, if not refresh. Theres a way of doing it from facebook but as I do not do facebook, you're on your own there.
Multitudes of posts here in the forum with the information you need btw. Good luck in the game :D
