You must find a way to pay.  Visa, Mastercard and Paypal will be no good.  Perhaps plarium have a Russian bank account and you can pay by a bank transfer?  Send in a ticket and ask.

I'm sorry, but to have an admin basically say to contact support to get around sanction-based and/or Plarium's own statement on Facebook regarding Russian-based players seems to be highly hypocritical.

Neither plarium nor Vikings: War of Clans players are subject to sanctions.

Visa, Mastercard and Paypal have decided they do not wish to trade in Russia so their services are not available to the OP as a means to pay for plarium's goods.  But no one (except seemingly you) thinks that it gives support to the Ukraine to prevent the OP from expending money on an internet game nor gives support to Russia by facilitating it.

Whether you, or I, should continue to play side by side with Russians is a bit of a question.  But to be decided as a matter of personal taste and comfort - nothing whatsoever to do with sanctions.
