Cannot train troops in the Clan.

Our clan cannot even train troops at all. Is it banned to train troops because of the update?

John has posted replies to what might appear to be two different issues concerning troops, but taken together unless they are somehow connected, it suggests there might be a glitch as neither can train troops.
