Is it possible that you can do a solo onslaught and send your hero and shaman and also your double hero? If so how do you send your double hero on the same onslaught?

I do not know the specific answer to your question, of if ,or how, to do the things you asked.
Sorry if you already knew this, but because of some post I read on the forum, I am pretty sure that solo onslaughts can be performed, however the inference was there's a cut off point in the game when you can no longer do this.
If you can still do solo onslaughts I would suggest you try the usual way and see if it works
Yes, you can do solo OS. If you got enough troops required to send, you can send it whenever you are ready. If you do not meet the required number of troops in onslaught, then you will have to wait for the timer to end.
You can not have 2 marches in the same onslaught.
