could you all tell me how to put a peace shield on my town?  i found it once but can't remember how i did it.

 On the left of the page,the second icon up gives access to many functions, including the peace shield.

Also chest icon at the bottom of the page is useful,try my items, and then military.

Remember the menu icon on the same row.
