If you do nothing,which is unlikely,it will be a technical draw.

One time ,I was going see what happened if neither side did anything,but unfortunately someone ruined the test.

Clans quitting used to happen a lot, and it was possibly some sort of scam,so they changed it so the clan that quit forfeited the match.

I read something recently, an official announcement where they were going to change something again,which didn't mention this specific point, but I suppose unless they say exactly when the changes start, we wont know till we see them happening during, and at the end of the event. 

From experience there was no redraw.
