I started the game on my mobile device, but when I log in with the same account on PC it says I am level 1 instead of whatever I am. They are not synched?
As far as I am aware this should be possible now.
Have you see the information(try the search engine), on how to do this on the forum, if you have seen it, and still cant do it, you will have to wait for help or contact the admin .

If you started playing on plarium.com and now want to continue playing on a mobile device, perform the following actions:
1. Launch Vikings: War of Clans on your mobile device.
2. Open the Menu, then go to the Account section.
3. In the "Restoration of game progress" block, choose Plarium ID and hit the "Restore" button.
4. Enter your Plarium ID details (email address and password), then hit "Log in".
5. Wait until the game started on plarium.com launches.
If you registered on plarium.com via social networks, first log in to your profile on the site and enter your email address and password in settings. This data is required for Plarium ID.
So how do you do this on PC version? Went to log in few days ago (been using PC Plarium Play app for ages) and said my email had no account linked then a while later it accepted email but said pass was wrong. PC app version wouldnt send me a reset email when I click link but managed it via web app. Now i can log in again on PC Plarium Play but it is a fresh game and I can not find Account option to restore? yet my phone still has all my progress.
also when couldnt log in I linked facebook thinking it would just be another way to log in. Think that is where the fresh game came from. Found an Unlink facebook option in Plarium Play but still has the fresh game instead of my orig game.
