You are probably aware that some clans kill invaders/ghosts so that their players can yield from the tiles. Some clans post that they will attack anyone that takes "their" tiles.
Otherwise attacking tiles in the home kingdom is not particularly unusual. Some players like to fight. Some players think that their kingdoms need to toughen up. Some players have grudges against other players / clans.
Your strategy will depend on how many of these "some one"s there are and their strength and their reasons.
Some players get hung up on yielding and seem to think it is the most important part of the game when really it is just one way of scoring points and one way of getting resources.
Depends on your kingdom. Some have a kingdom wide pact against tile hitting between KvK, CvC and Fury events, which enable all to gather necessary rss for next event.
Rogue players can still be a pain.
Sounds like you need to farm little and often. Durning events where killing enemy troops count we have a 10k x t1 troop maximum unless protected by a Domain Guard.
