Hi Plarium and Players,

I have 2 accounts, one that I buy packs for, and one that I don't. I've noticed that my non-pay account has been offered some really great holiday mega packs 3 times now since the end of 2019. My pay-to-play account, however, has not. That account has packs that are titled "holiday" (3 times now as well) but the offers themselves simply contain the usual "special". It has been such a disappointment since I've been looking forward to these packs again since the previous year! Plarium, why is this happening? Players, is it happening to anyone else? I'm beginning to feel like it's because I only gave my last support review 3 stars, lol.
