The answer is yes for killing troops during Lust for Power. The answer is yes for killing troops from the enemy kingdom(s) during KvK and KvKF but no for your home kingdom.

ln the past, during CvC, the answer was no. It appears now that you can score points against Plarium troops when they attack the Tower of Odin during CvC. The proposed changes to CvC say All battles so it is not clear what that will actually mean.
