I started a scout tree and maxed out everything evolving pure scout skills. I've got 233 skill points to spent but want too use it wisely so that's why i ask. Beneath you can see the tree i started with 233 skill points too spare:

Dont know for certain, but I would have thought scouts counted as a troop, so you could do those where it says troop, and march speed probably affects scouts too, easy enough to confirm yourself.

That was a long time ago ... they work fine now ... they are really some of the best things ... of course others will use them also.
Thanks, yes it was,but not that long, and there's seldom official information, or even unofficial information, unless some one kindly tells everyone here.
Obviously players use the new things, and others are obliged to do likewise, its like the dog chasing its tail.
He had said the level 3 were bugged too,maybe they fixed that as well, though another player said shaman 3 had a similar problem which suggested they hadnt , it was deliberate or just not true about shaman 3.
