No one reads this forum so try sending a ticket to support.  That said I have not heard of a case where support did as you intend to ask.  Worth trying though.

I doubt it will help you but you can destroy your SH and then re-build it with a Tower of Odin at the level you wish.

Have to ask, exactly what was the accident?

You built it and then realised you were not strong enough to cope with the new level?

You clicked start and couldn't cancel it?
