under the apply tab you should see another tab with "more" click that tab and then move the slider to apply as many as you wish

Unfortunately there isn't anything under the apply tab on my game, even hovering all around the apply button doesn't show anything. I might have to report it as a bug

Try the green arrow.

Rest the curser on "Apply" and "More" will appear.

If you play on a mobile phone it is different.  Now you must hold the "Apply" button down for a second or two and the more screen will appear.

I have same problem and nothing works 

This problem occur after the latest update ! Same with refill relocate and peace shields in item store, as with VIP points.. I play at computer 

Sometimes my PC fails to load new material after an update and gliches appear - although I have not seen the ones you describe. 

If that is the cause the problem can go away by itself as each time you log in your PC attempts to download the new programming.  But you can improve its chances.  One easy thing to try is to restart the PC (instead of shutting down).  Another is to enter the game using a different browser.

I also commend downloading Plarium Play if you have not already done so.  Whether that fixes your immediate problem or not gameplay is noticeably smoother and start time much shorter using that app plus your PC will perform better when coping with updates.

I have tried everything you recmend but stil nothing of it works.. it is very annoying that i can not choose mutliple vip points due to no options button appear any longer.. game is broken :( 

mam ten sam problem, a najlepsze ze inne konta dzialaja normalnie.  wyczyscilem i przeinstalowalem wszystko i nie ma poprawy. pisalem do supportu ale tylko odpisali ze pracuja nad tym.

I have the same problem and the best thing is that other accounts work fine. I have cleaned and reinstalled everything and no improvement. I wrote to support but they only replied that they are working on it. Can't play at current lvl

Yes exactly, thanks that i am not the only player that have that problem, its hard to play at ll at the moment, coz the same problem occur when i try to stock up  reloacte item as well and peace shields, so this is not only VIP points,..
