Some kids think it is very funny to spam chat with hundreds of messages a minute.

They behave like weasels on amphetamine and only amuse themselves.

Would it be possible to have some filter restricting this behavior? The best way, imo, would be an automated message saying they are banned from entering messages in chat for 1h or similar.

Even better, of course, would be trusted users working as moderators and banning them for a given period.

Currently it is Jotunheim chat that is the victim. [1a162a]~Ghost~ as an example.

This is not needed in clan chat of course, as there elders can simply kick the offender.
