Does the Aesir's work like boosts if you are already guarding the PoP or can you activate one at any time?

You can only activate one at a time last for 1hr then it takes 2 days before you can use that same one again

Based upon your request,
Please take note that as for " boosts ", AES's bonuses last for a certain amount of time. Then, you will need to wait until the AES is " recovered " to summon them again.
