if i good understand, you have purchase a package with gold at the bank : 225k gold...
You have spend the gold on various item in game and you ask a receipt related to your spending in gold... it simply don't exist...
If you spend gold in game, it is your job to keep track of it...
What ivar ask you is about the bank package itself but since you say that you have receive it ( 225k gold ), it is not a issue... what you want is a way to check how you have spend this gold and this feature don't exist in game...

So that's why we request the information.
I would have said the same as you ANESFAN, but it seems we are both wrong, and the system, can tell him exactly how he wasted his meagre stash of gold.
The one thing I coud say to Nebula Wolf is, that gold doesnt go far, and use it wisely in future.
Where can you locate what was purchased? Kinda like a reciept with the items listed. I just purchased a pak that included 7K 7-day boosts...I did not receive the 7-day boosts. The pak costs 19.99 and included 70K of each task along with some other items.
It goes without saying that Palarium should provide a detailed list of purchases. Failing to do so, then asking for a ton of information places the burden on memory rather than providing the information as a given.
PS...I might be mistaken because my memory is just that bad...but not providing itemized list of items purchased...that's just tacky and smacks of bs!
PPSS...my account ID is 23884232, I am 6', 5", wear size 12 shoe (a lie), and not sleep well...is that enough information?
