Hi Simon,
sorry to say i dont believe that happens in this game unlike most others. however i do believe once you start seeing mega pack offers if you dont log on for a couple of weeks that can increase them a bit, someone who has tried this could confirm this.

I can confirm that after you start receiving Mega packs if you then do not log on for 2 weeks you will then get offered an inactivity pack when you log back on it is the best pack in the game it contains 500 charms for 4 of the shamans.

I have seen 2 types of welcome back packs.
There is 5 days of bonuses. And I think this is for anyone away for at least 14 days.
And there is the 14 days of bonuses. A player has to be away for at least 30 days, and I am sure there are other requirements like level, stoneheart, previous purchases, but I could not say for sure what those requirements are.

There are no more packs like that, used to be the case before after 2 weeks of downtime, now they removed that pack.
Only super packs now, after 2 months, waiting more for better packs also seems to change nothing, so 2 months only.
