rather strange...

feds told us : we gave away those 3 emitters to anti social.

we want to concentrate on the other area.

we want to go north and south from there.

So basil you tell you attack them, and they tell they gave away???

lol i had global guard XXXXXX  at me cause feds were meant to give those 3 emmis to them and i came in and took them and then anti sat on them, my response was to go tell the cl of gg to go XXXXXXX himself  along with a few other choice words.

feds are saying to you they were meant to go to anti

feds are saying to global they were for them

global was pretty convinced they were for them as well

me thinks feds are making a few different deals and playing the cl of global for the XXXXXXX head he is

Looks like they manipulate other clans to fight to eachother or for them. And after that change their appointments and agenda just for their own benefit.

 Make promises or create storys from something that happens on the map. Rather if it realy happened, they were involved  or not.

Can't really say owed, it's more like somebody said they'd give you a gift for christmas then left a steaming present by your door.
