Commander TIGER , first of all I wish you good luck in recruiting new Clanmantes.

Let me give you some recommendations - for other players to know more about your Clan, add some important things about your activities and other requirements apart from the level. Also who is in charge of recruitment, post a link to this person so the applicants can contact him or her to get more details.

I also suggest you reading this Post, possibly it will help you specify the needed information and provide a better understanding of your Clan goals

In the first post it says "all above lvl 40 may join"; If their requirements have changed, I would assume they'd update this thread.
