I just started the game and I want to switch to the server where my friend is. But I can't see any server icon etc that I can change. I could find it in the settings maybe, but there isn't.

Commander, if you want to migrate your account, unfortunately it's impossible. You can find the button which allow to change the server on the main screen in the uppers right corner.
