My troops have been sent to bunker automatically, even recently. But last Saturday it did not, and since I'm at war, all troops were lost. I don't think it's a bug but support says to post here.

Are you new to the game? New players get automatic bunkering for like the first week or two, but then it goes away and you have to bunker manually. You should have gotten a mail from general winters warning you that it was now up to you to bunker your units.My troops have been sent to bunker automatically, even recently. I play on Facebook, Geotopia. It does not seem like a replicable bug, which is why I didn't think so, but when I contacted support they said to post here to get my troops restored.
I've never used that before, but it seems to do the same thing that happened to me (auto sending raid troops into the bunker). Maybe you can check if it was active the week or so before this happened? I've not collected/used any of the rewards so you know I'm not trying to lose on purpose to get rewards and then ask you to restore.
Also as you can see these are multiple accounts, but I believe Plarium doesn't punish that kind of action?

Commander, troops are sent into the Bunker automatically in case you are new in the game or your return to the game after a long absence. This option is available for 10 days after you log into the game. After that, you need to secure the troops manually.
Support team does not handle multiple accounts requests.Jon said:

Such notifications are not sent in the game.
Please send your troops to the Bunker manually before logging out of the game. Thus you will be sure they are secured.
