Братан, я здесь чтобы помочь. Там сказано, что скорость постройки +50%, а не -50%. Это означает что 23 / 1,5 = 15,333333 часов,   эти 0,333333 надо перевести в минуты... как это сделать? Берёшь 60 * 0,3333 = 19,9999999 минут, округляем и получается 15 часлв и 20 минут. Это потому что написано + 50%, а не  - 50%.  С  - 50%  будет 23 часа * 0,5 = 11,5 часов или 60 * 0,5 = 30 минут, в итоге,  если было бы  -50%, то будет 11 часов и 30 минут, но там написано + 50%.  Кстати, то же самое и со скоростью постройки юнитов. То есть суммируешь все бонусы на скорость постройки, а максимальное +32% (+20% в сумме специальный Артефакт, увеличивающий скорость постройки типа юнита, например Авиации, Арсенал, +12% в центре улучшений, смотря какой юнит). Итак, возьмёс Перехватчика время стройки 89 мин или 1 час и 29 мин. Итак, 89 / 1,32 = 67,424242 минут или 60 * 0,4242 = 25,452 секунды или 67 минут и 25 секунд. Ну всё, коммандор, в бой!
