Yes I did. And also I went to Settings, System Preferences then reset the cache and since then I've had no cyborg.

In that case you need to contact again as they are able to look iknto your account. We can not solve this here Commander

I didn't realize people still use cyborgs, I haven't touched them since like 2015 haha.  But yeah, it seems to be bugged.  You could try destroying and reconstructing the building if it will let you, that might reset it.  Otherwise hopefully support can help you.
