You must look what Your Clanleader use as Requirement. 2000 is Minimum. Than comes steps 5K 10K 20K 50K 100K and 200K You find it in the Game as Ingame Message on General Winter 

no thats not what i mean i mean the points you must have before i playing alone and i want to participikate at

You must be 10 Members in the League or more. Than Around your Points per Conflict you be in the Better Group for better Rewards

why does it always take so long to get current figures in a conflict? I have to reload several times until I finally have the right numbers and that's annoying

You can check at the tournament tab Commander. Every level you achieve you get rewards!!

Yep the rewards are based on how many points you score, there's a big list in the event description of what activities give points.  Best ones are probably doing infests and pvp with the clan you're competing against although you can also score good points for boosting troop builds and upgrading buildings/techs.
