There was a (kill enemy troops) tournament where I just claimed reward. It was advertised: if the score is 47 I would be able to choose offensive or defensive artillery. Since my score was 72, I was expecting to get the option to select defensive or offensive troops. But it never came and I never received the troops I won. Please send me the artillery.

If you mean the tournament which finished at 12:00 UTC on January, 8, then the minimal number of points to earn troops is 100. If you have earned 72 points in this tournament, then you should not receive the troops reward.Agent Pavel said:

Dear agent or administrator or whatever you want me to call you. First you see I posted on 8 January at 12:37. And last I played the game when that tournament was running was like 10-12 hours before. Also note there where a few tournaments finished that day.
Really sir I am not stupid, I kept clicking on the reward every time I raid a base to see if I had enough points. And it really was 47 and not 100 as you claim in order to get the artillery. Please don't ripp me off.

Instead of admitting your own fault you blame me of lying or miss reading the points required to get the artillery. I am 100% sure it was 47 cause I checked at least 10 times.
It could be specified that you need 47 points more to earn to receive the rewards. You won't earn Artillery troops reward with 47 points in any of the tournaments.
Also, I have specified the minimal number of points for the only PvP tournament which finished on the specified date.
Since the issue has not been classified as a bug, the topic will be closed.
