I have a question about the defensive wall in TD..This wall increas the defensive % of Every troup inside the sector (ok)
BUT, Are the troops sent by the allies also affected by these walls or they are exempt?
I never undstand this... so... if someone can explain it I will be very grateful

Nope, all troops within your sector benefit from your defensive bonus, with ONE exception.
This exception is liberating; Defence troops preventing a liberation will NOT receive the bonus.

I think your translator is broken or something.
The max defense bonus you can get is about 80k, which gives an 800% defense boost to all units on your sector. You get a 1% boost for every 100 points of defense bonus.
