you shouldn't create topics just for the sake of saying something obvious that EVERYONE already knows

It screws up the forum with junk and then no one can get to the new topics because they just see the old ones at the top and just talk on those ones or in this case, a new topic that doesn't have anything helpful on it

It really is not helpful 

I know that I have stirred up a few old topics but that is because I can't be bothered to look at the date when it was last used
